Most recently, he was managing director of EE’s Emergency Services Network Division, delivering a new critical communications network to 300,000 frontline first responders. He also served as Non-Executive Chairman at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL), a network joint venture between EE and Three.

In 2014 he co-founded Opencell, the UK’s first legal indoor mobile connectivity service provider, unique in being able to deliver all four operator networks using small cells indoors.

In the last decade he’s focused on helping the public sector find the right people to lead digital projects, with a passion for workplace inclusion. Working with Central Government customers including the Home Office, MHCLG and PINS, Smart Cities like Staffordshire, Sheffield and Birmingham and Local Authorities like Croydon, Ealing and Newham.

He’s current focus is innovation and new service development on behalf of the Freshwave Group.

Beginning her career as an engineer, Sharon is a high performing senior manager with 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications sector. Having held senior positions within Nokia, most recently she specialises in the end to end sales cycle of large and complex infrastructure and services.

A chartered surveyor with over 35 years’ experience in the commercial property sector, Andrew has a deep understanding of all aspects of commercial property acquisition and management. Twenty years ago, he co-founded Spyder when he found himself increasingly working with telecom companies to support the increased demand for mobile connectivity with the right infrastructure. Since then, he has worked with real estate owners to build a strategic portfolio across more than 5,000 prime locations, allowing operators to meet their customers’ connectivity needs in the right places.

A lawyer by training, Maurice has over 25 years’ experience in the telecommunications sector as a senior executive and general counsel. He spent 15 years at Interoute before its sale to GTT developing structures for governance, risk management and compliance and well as leading on multiple corporate transactions.
