Digital Colony, a global investment firm dedicated to strategic opportunities in digital infrastructure, today announced further growth of its UK platform through the acquisition of Spyder Facilities Limited, a leading UK wireless infrastructure company with over 5,000 locations available for wireless transmission technologies including the latest 5G rollout. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The addition of Spyder compliments the UK platform and positions it to offer an even wider range of services to mobile network operators and real estate owners.
